  15. I have been writting dos programs with the borland 3.1 compiler for the past 6
  16. months and want to start programming in windows (windows 3.1 is fine). The
  17. version of the compiler I have does not contain any of the owl directories.
  18. Does anyone know if these directories are avalible anywhere on the net?
